Best ways to lose weight and tone up in the thighs or upper legs?

i have been using an eliptical exercise machine which helps some but i want to do more to lose weight in my upper legs. i tried on bathing suits the other day and it wasn’t very pretty there….what excersices can i do?

squats! it really works girl:)
just make sure your knees don’t go over your feet – you can see the toes when going/sitting down.

    Running is the best way to lose weight and tone up. I like using the eliptical.. but that usually builds muscle. Try running/ jogging for 30 min a day and you will see great results.
