my thighs are HUGE. and i hate them so much. spring is here, and that means swimming. and i wanna have really good legs and a nice stomach too. and i need some gteat ideas on how to ge all that weight off. i have a healthy diet, and i exerceise, but it’s not helping much.

there is no such thing as spot training…
when you lose weight you lose it evenly all over…so you need to do cardio and resistive training and you will lose weight all over and slowly see improvmenets in your legs…you wont feel liek it at first…its an evil trick of weight loss…it seems like your small areas get smaller and your bigger areas stay the same…but trust me…if you do the work you will see results…

i used to be like that too and i ate a normal diet meaning breakfst lunch and dinner and maybe one snack in between . and i did push ups and took a walk after i ate dinner and it all went away.

You won’t be able to just loose it from your thighs and stomach, when you start eating right and exercising right your body will start burning fat from where it wants to first, but in the end you’ll have lost some weight at least.
I recommend looking at this website, this guy is a bodybuilder and he tells you about good exercises to do and foods to eat, since i’m female and don’t want muscles i just took tips from his diet and just done some walking, jogging and swimming for exercise, this was before i was pregnant mind you, i lost 2stone in 1 and a half month from the diet, i done it healthily too, it’s not a binge diet, it’s just healthy eating, cutting out fat and sugar.
