Hello. I’m 5′6 and I’m 110 lbs. Although I was previously 140 lbs. I am still not happy with my weight. I’ve tried controlling my diet, and it somehow worked. I’m hoping to be 80-90 lbs. Any suggestions? Thanks.

you seem to be pretty light i dont think you need to diet anymore no one is 80-90 pounds but children i hope your not anarexic or how ever you spell it i would say you would need to tighten things up like maybe get some abs 80-90 pounds would look ugly on a person thats too skinny i would advise doing sit ups about 50-100 of em b4 you go to bed and about 200 crunches b4 you go to bed and also side crunches as well and about 100 leg lifts and you should be getting abs in no time

Healthy diet and Exercise. Find exercise that you enjoy doing.
