what are some of the best ways to lose weight without having to starve yourself?

i eat at least three meals a day n workout at least three times a week.so yeah…have anyone had any success in weight loss whatsoever.

about five months ago i weighed 270lb now I’m 5′11" @ 185 lb. i came up with a diet and devoted myself to it..all i did was stay away from ***any fried foods***(french fries, breaded stuff), no white bread, no sugar drinks(cool aid, lemonade, sweat tea).

I would eat about six times a day(not bad for a diet right). I’LL eat 3 main meals through out the day and between meals i would eat a large fruit(apple, banana, yogurt, etc.)

*EAT: oat meal, cereal, baked foods, pot roast, grilled chicken, bar-b-q, stakes, baked or mash poatato,tuna, salads, egg whites, anything you can make in the formen grill is good (any food with NO OIL) (BREAD if needed: only 1-WHEAT bread per day)

*DRINK: water, grean tea, crystal light, low fat milk, protein shake. *(use splenda in replace of suger)*

*HUNGRY @ NIGHT: eat oat meal, eat ceral(low fat milk), eat boiled eggs(take the yellow out) not to much, just to lose the hunger at night.

*HOW TO EAT YOUR MEALS: in the morning and through out the DAY eat your heavy meals (stakes, grilled chicken, b-b-q, etc.) Towards the end of NIGHT eat your light meals (salads, cereal, egg whites, tuna etc.) Between meals (2-3 hours after your main meal) eat your large fruit or drink a protein shack.

*WORK OUT: just CARDIO, all i did was.. walk, jog, run.. about 2-4 times a week (cardio). I did some liffting weights (lots of reps with LIGHT weights=cardio)

*stick to this delicious diet and some workout. I garantee you’ll lose some pounds within your first week.

    There’s no magic way to lose weight.

    You have to eat less, work out more (a lot more) or pick a diet with a metabolic advantage like Atkins or Kimkins (Kimkins is faster).

    Keep in mind that "working out" burns relatively few calories and you need to burn 3,500 to lose just 1 pound!

    I had plenty of success when I started doing anaerobics. I ate and still burned calories. They say if you work out and build lean muscle you will burn calories 24-7. That is absolutely true. I went on a pigout stage and the weight stood the same. Especially since I started working the legs, the biggest muscles in the body.

    anaerobics invlove using light weights and doing many reps with less rest time in between. It really melted the fat. Of course if your calories are not wasted calories then you can acomplish even more. The occasional treat does not hurt.

    Just cut out two hundred and fifty calories from your regular diet each day (not two hundred fifty more each day, just say, take out a big scoop of peanut butter that you could normally eat). Aerobic exersize is the best way to lose weight healthily.

    i know this may sound crazy because it sounded crazy to me too! but do this and it will work.
    1. eat at least 5 times a day, it keeps your metabolism up
    2. exercise as much as you can
    3. lift weights to tone and it helps build muscle and muscle helps to burn fat.
    I DID ALL OF THESE THINGS AND I LOST 26 POUNDS IN 2 MONTHS. when you eat, eat very small things and measure your servings.

    Call 323-807-1242 or 323-563-2671 is called control de peso 2000 they just open Saturday and Sunday.

    If you do the diet right you will loose up to 7 pounds in 1-week!!!

    Trust me it works my wife lost lots of weight there!
