i eat at least three meals a day n workout at least three times a week.so yeah…have anyone had any success in weight loss whatsoever.

about five months ago i weighed 270lb now I’m 5′11" @ 185 lb. i came up with a diet and devoted myself to it..all i did was stay away from ***any fried foods***(french fries, breaded stuff), no white bread, no sugar drinks(cool aid, lemonade, sweat tea).

I would eat about six times a day(not bad for a diet right). I’LL eat 3 main meals through out the day and between meals i would eat a large fruit(apple, banana, yogurt, etc.)

*EAT: oat meal, cereal, baked foods, pot roast, grilled chicken, bar-b-q, stakes, baked or mash poatato,tuna, salads, egg whites, anything you can make in the formen grill is good (any food with NO OIL) (BREAD if needed: only 1-WHEAT bread per day)

*DRINK: water, grean tea, crystal light, low fat milk, protein shake. *(use splenda in replace of suger)*

*HUNGRY @ NIGHT: eat oat meal, eat ceral(low fat milk), eat boiled eggs(take the yellow out) not to much, just to lose the hunger at night.

*HOW TO EAT YOUR MEALS: in the morning and through out the DAY eat your heavy meals (stakes, grilled chicken, b-b-q, etc.) Towards the end of NIGHT eat your light meals (salads, cereal, egg whites, tuna etc.) Between meals (2-3 hours after your main meal) eat your large fruit or drink a protein shack.

*WORK OUT: just CARDIO, all i did was.. walk, jog, run.. about 2-4 times a week (cardio). I did some liffting weights (lots of reps with LIGHT weights=cardio)

*stick to this delicious diet and some workout. I garantee you’ll lose some pounds within your first week.

Hello. I’m 5′6 and I’m 110 lbs. Although I was previously 140 lbs. I am still not happy with my weight. I’ve tried controlling my diet, and it somehow worked. I’m hoping to be 80-90 lbs. Any suggestions? Thanks.

i am 5′5 and weigh 145 pounds. i should weigh 135 according to my height. i want to lose roughly 15 pounds in 3 to 5 weeks. is this workable? and how do you do it? what diet and/or workout should i do?

my thighs are HUGE. and i hate them so much. spring is here, and that means swimming. and i wanna have really good legs and a nice stomach too. and i need some gteat ideas on how to ge all that weight off. i have a healthy diet, and i exerceise, but it’s not helping much.

I want to lose 20 pounds in a month or two(before wrestling season starts.) I don’t have a lot will power, so diets aren’t for me. What are some do’s and don’t’s.

If you can’t/won’t recude your calorie intake by dieting, then you have to BURN those extra calories off instead…

For each pound you lose, you need to burn/lose 3500 calories – a strict regiment of working out (weight training) three times a week, plus cardio EVERY DAY (as a warmup on weight days, more intense the others) – should get you where you want to be ;) ;);)
