I want to shed some pounds, what are the best ways to do so? how should i go about my routine?

Calculate your daily calorie allowance (http://www.webmd.com/diet/calc-bmi-plus), take less than that! exercise to speed up the process. every 3500 calories you lose is a pound out of you!

Normal calorie allowances ranges from 2000 – 2500, try and take at least 500 calories less so that you lose 1 pound every week.

And the most important thing is to maintain your weight, go for inteval training, which is a very interesting and easy workout but the most effective way to burn fat and stay healthy. Do some research on Interval Training.

I weigh 213 and I want to lose it before my health get bad. I also find it hard to lose some days I don’t eat but when I do, I eat alot.

There is no "Easy way" to lose weight. The pills, and wonder products just do not work. The only safe and sure way to lose weight is to change your eating habits and get regular excercise everyday. Start with walking at least 30 min 3 times a day. Also drink 10 8 oz glasses of water a day. It will not only make sure you are hydrated, but it will reduce your craving for food.

When you’re waiting for a curling iron to heat up, or a toaster to finish toasting :) try dancing or lifting your legs. Eat toast or applesauce or yogurt for breakfast. Take out unnecessary items in your luch, like cookies or chips. Get outside and do something, too! Take a bike ride, go play tennis, go jogging with a friend. See if one of your friends is trying to lose weight, too, so do it together. Go walking together, or biking together, or go play tennis together! Want to know what else helps? Get a skinny state of mind. Believe that you can get skinny, and you will.

Very simple. Portion Control. You can eat anything you want, you just have to eat them in the correct portion size. This was the best tip I ever learned from Weight Watchers. There was not one item of food I ever gave up, including Chinese Food, Pizza, Bacon and Eggs, and My Saturday Morning Boston Creme Donut. Don’t give into your cravings, just eat them correctly.

The best way is not to do it "quick and easy". The pounds didn’t come on overnight and they won’t come off fast either. Combine mild exercise with a change in eating habits. If you take a brisk walk three or four times a week, followed by eating a slightly reduced meal within two hours, your metabolism will burn the fat quicker than attempting to crash diet…which never works well.
