all i want to do is lose a couple pounds. wat are some exersises that i could do simply in my room?
you must change your lifestyle not just do a bit of exercise.
eat less and exercise more.
walking in place, is better that sitting but walking around is best.
you can do arm work with soup cans.
I don’t know about the room…but walking will take care of it.
