Now that we are past the BS try diet and exercise. Being lazy got you over weight; being lazy wont get you out of it. 

Not trying to be a jerk here Im just telling you the truth. Ask around, go find people that actually lost 50lbs or more and have maintained their weight. None of them will have a quick and easy solution. They all will explain how they are more active and watch what they eat. 

I’m one of them...got out of the Army at 195 jumped up to 263. Current is 212 and will be back at 195 within 6 months.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
