There is no "Easy way" to lose weight. The pills, and wonder products just do not work. The only safe and sure way to lose weight is to change your eating habits and get regular excercise everyday. Start with walking at least 30 min 3 times a day. Also drink 10 8 oz glasses of water a day. It will not only make sure you are hydrated, but it will reduce your craving for food.

I would say cut out soda…all together…i went on the jenny craig and it was super easy you get to eat more and i never really exercised…i parked further away and i would go up stairs more often considering i was a student i didnt have time to work out a lot…also i would say definitely drinking more water…and cutting out fast food..if you have to get fast food limit it down to once a week…include more vegetables as snacks…honestly i thought jenny craig was super easy especially if you didnt want to do it alone

losing weight is not easy. in fact it’s very difficult. it requires a lot of hard work and dedication. you need to get on a weight training and cardio program. most importantly you need to eat right. a high protein diet is useful. don’t get the impression that eating less food will help you lose weight. it’s quite the opposite. the more food you eat the more weight you will lose. but you have to eat the right kind of food.
