is there any way that i can lose up to 2-5 pounds in less then a week like simple things i can do anything would help…..nothing like jenny craigh or julian or any of that stuff. im hoping to get answer like foods i can eat or a certain meal to eat everyday

So to lose 2 lb in a week you need to burn 7000 calories over 7 days, or 1000 a day.
A healthy female needs 2000 calories a day, and anything less than this is recovered through burning fat stores.
So, if you drop your calorie intake to 1500 (which should be quite easy) and did 500 calories of cardio exercise a day (more difficult, this is equivalent to a 4-6 mile jog!), then you will be creating an energy deficit of 1000 calories.
Your body will burn its own fat stores to get what it needs, and hey presto, 2lb off in a week!

Remember that fast food and fried food causes love handles and fat thighs! Stay away from that

Try cutting down on the foods that have too much salt in them. Eat good food like pasta, rice, veggies, with a glass of fresh milk every day. Excersising is also a must!
