I’m 13 years old, 5′4 and don’t know my exact weight, but I can tell you I’m anywhere from 130-145lbs. What’s a healthy weight for me, and how can I get to there?
Fresh vegetables are better than cooked or canned vegetables. Try to eat your vegetables raw. When you cook them, you are in fact taking away nearly half the vitamins in them. And canned vegetables too are processed and are not nearly half as good as fresh vegetables. When you buy your vegetables it would be a good thing to see if the label says that it is pesticide free.
really. iwas too. but any ways. jogging is healthy. And drinking plenty of water ever day of your life will help your body and skin ..etc.. and try avoiding the junk food..?

I think you can be up to 140 pounds but I personally think thats wayy to much for ur age. Think about it, if your 13 and weigh 130 how much wil you be once your older?
Im 17, 5′4, and weigh 115 and find myself fat.
I think a healthy weight for you would be 110 but that might be too much to lose. So go down to 120-125 and ull be fine.
Srry hun im not trying to be mean.. but I dont think its healthy to weigh that much at your age.
but dont worry! I you can lose ittt! Just eat 5 healthy meals a day and go to the gym 3 times a week. Just run 30 min. and then work ur way up. Good luck ur gonna look great in no time =]

Girl, you can’t really know what YOUR healthy weight is. Wherever you feel truly comfortable with yourself is where you should be. If you truly want to loose weight then just eat a little more healthy or even just a little less food in general and workout at least 3 days a week. If you want to know an average weight for girls your age you should ask your doctor. Muscle to fat ratio can change how much you weigh and all that.

You’re 13 years old and you’re probably in the middle of going through puberty. You gain weight when that happens and you usually naturally thin out later. I promise. There’s nothing wrong with being 130-145 pounds. A healthy weight for you is anywhere from 108-145 pounds, according to your BMI. If you eat healthy, get moderate exercise, and drink plenty of water, your body will naturally find the weight it needs to be and that would be your "healthy" weight.
