What is a healthy way for a 16 year old to lose weight?

I am 16 and weigh 160 pounds I just want to lose 30 pounds and I would like to lose it in like 2 months. what is the healthiest way to lose weight at my age?

    2. Work out to compensate.

    If you’re not expecting a workout during the day then.

    1. Eat till you’re not hungry but eat something not fattening like sweets and fried food.
    2. No need to workout to compensate.

    There’s actually a scientific reason for doing something as simple and logical as this. When you’re body gets hungry it retains as much fat because during the cave man era, when man doesn’t eat, it’s because he can’t find food so your body learns to retain fat when its running out of food.

    In other words, eating less will make it harder for you to lose weight than eating enough. So how do you lose weight, you need to burn it.

    Correction to answerer below me, 2000-2500 calories are needed for teens. 2000 calories are needed for adults. Get it straight, teens need more calories for growth than adults because adults no longer develop.
