I Can truthful tell you i do not look that much.
if i ask people "how much do you think i weight i, they say about 160.)
But i NEED to lose about 30 Pounds in like ONE MONTH!

Okay now seriously; decrease the amount of food you eat and RUN LIKE HELL for at least 10 miles a day; increase one mile each day; so that by the end of the month you’re doing 40 miles a day. You’ll lose weight. Just really really decrease your eating.

Well. Loosing weight is very hard. Do not starve yourself, because you’ll just end up gaining the weight back and its not good for you. You should excercise at a mild pace. Studies show that if you exercise and reach a certain heart rate, you’ll burn calories. And some peopel are overweight because they eat really unhealthy food and alot, so if you just watch your eating, then the fat will jsut roll off easily. Exercise and eat healthy.

You need to talk to your doctor. You have a lot of weight to lose, and you will not be able to do it in a month. 30 lbs. in 30 days is VERY unrealistic. You should only ose about 1-3 lbs a week, if you want to keep it off.
When you crash diet, your body does not dip into the fat reserves for energy. It dips into the lean muscle tissue. That means you don’t actually lose the fat, you lose the muscle.
Slow and steady wins the race for fat loss.
But if you’re nearly 200lbs at age 13, you should really have a doctor-monitored program to insure you are still meeting your daily nutritional requirements.
Remember, there are no quick fixes. It took you a long time to gain the weight. It’ll take you a long time to lose it, too.

First off, losing that much weight over such a short period of time is unhealthy.
Secondly, I will assume you are a boy due to your comfortability with the topic.
Ok… If you NEED to lose 30 pounds in 30 days, you HAVE to burn 3500 calories a day.
If you limit yourself to, say 1500 calories, you will have to burn 5000 daily.
Let us assume that your metabolism burns 2300 calories a day resting.
You must find a way to burn 2700 more calories a day, running for an hour burns about 400-500.
You are not likely to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. a more realistic number is about 10-20 pounds in 30 days, sorry that I cannot support your desire nor answer your question in the words that you want to hear. Good luck though.

drink water, don’t eat junk food (its not that bad), and work out. the whole working out thing doesn’t sound fun, but to make it fun dance to music. try to sweat a lot also. and every opportunity that you get to walk, do it. like me, i walk up to the store. its not boring is because i walk with a group of friends and we talk about silly things. and if you can’t cut back on all junk food at lease cut back on some of them. these are things i did to loose weight. i’m 13 too. i lost 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks. but i got used to them and it got easier for me. these things were easy for me to do. so hopefully they’ll be the same for you.

well if you feel that you have a health problem, try consulting a dietist. He/she might say that you don’t even need a diet. If you do consult one, please mention WEIGHT WATCHERS. Whatever you do, never strain your body. Take it easy since you are still young.

Consult a doctor first. Ask him/her the best way to lose weight. But my advise for you is don’t starve yourself. Exercise and proper and healthy diet. Breakfast is the most important meal. You should eat breakfast with rice or bread. Then lunch time, try to lessen your meal. Then Snack, eat healthy foods like fruits. Then for dinner, don’t eat rice anymore. Just eat a healthy meal without rice before 8pm. It works to me and to all of my friends and my sisters too.

There is a simple fact about your body mass, also referred to as weight in pounds or kilos. The amount of food you eat is critical. If you eat high energy foods, and don’t use the energy in daily routines the energy remaining is stored by the body as FAT. Hunger is the enemy here, and urges you to eat too much. Another bad guy is boredom…going to the refrigerator for another snack, or few scoops of ice cream..Even if nobody sees you do it ….more energy not used is more FAT. For most folk less high energy foods, ( sugary, fatty, starchy) and more veggies NO SUGARY SOFT DRINKS and more physical activities will get the result but it is unwise to CRASH DIET, possibly dangerous. It has to be a lifestyle change to get that permanent great body you will be proud of….this way you’ll keep it for a longer and happier life.
