		<description>literally walk the weight off! i lost some weight for my prom my senior year easily by staying hydrated (no more water than the daily recommended, too much of anything is bad for you) and power walking. if you have ankle weights or wrist weights, even better. just strap those on while walking, it enhances your work out.

food wise, protein/fruits/veggies are good for you. try substituting snacks- ex: peanuts/ peanut butter instead of candy, lite popcorn or pretzels instead of greasy potatoe chips. eggs are great too. everything in moderation!
