what is a healthy way for teens to lose weight?

im 15 and i weigh 225 so far i lost like 15 pounds i want to weigh 110
and i need to lose 115 pounds in 5/7 months how can i lose that much weight without hurting myself

If you change some unhealthy habits to healthy habits, you’ll start to lose weight slowly. Never starve yourself or skip meals, because you’ll just end up with slow metabolism and stunt your growth. As a teen, you need to develop some healthy eating habits, which will be beneficial long-term later.

Some tips are:
*Exercise at least 30 min/day, or 3-5x/week.
*Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables [Low in Calories]
*Drink lots of water- it makes you feel full & keeps you hydrated.
You’ll burn more calories if you’re hydrated.
*Eat 3 hours before bed.
*Avoid greasy, oily, fried fatty foods.
*Cut out junk food & Empty calories.
*Eat smaller meals than 3 big ones.
*Avoid trans fat and sugar.
*Always have breakfast with plenty of fibre & protein.

Make changes in your lifestyle and look at them positively.
Learn to make healthier choices and decisions, and you’ll start feeling healthier than ever.

Best wishes.

Excercise a lot and eat healthy.
That’s pretty much all I can say.

I would suggest going to a nutritionist, they can tell you what to do.
But what I can say is drink LOTS of water. Also eat healthy things like fruits and vegetables and avoid processed foods. Go running, running will help if you do it constantly. Hope this helps a little!
